And tonight turned fresh corn on the cob from one of the usual him's coworker's family's farm into a corn saute with red/orange/yellow peppers, kidney beans, shallot, garlic, black pepper, cumin, and cilantro, topped with diced tomato. It's pretty danged decent. Though corn bits didn't fly freaking all over the place when the Barefoot Contessa was cutting them off the cob.
