How to Seal an Adhesive Padded Mailing Envalope

Step 1. Put a few things in envalope.
Step 2. Pull off adhesive strip.
Step 3. Ohyeah, forgot a few things to put inside.
Step 4. Leave envalope including exposed sticky bit on coffee table (important).
Step 5. Retrieve other items, return to envalope.
Step 6. Start messing about with something pertaining to items to go in envalope.
Step 7. Get distracted, somehow push plastic grocery bag GAH on adhesive strip IT STICKS INSTANTLY WTF
Step 8. Manage with much struggling to (mostly) pull off plastic grocery bag bits from adhesive strip.
Step 9. Fold flap, start to press down to affix adhesive bit OH WTH LEFT THE OTHER ITEMS STILL OUT OF THE ENVALOPE.
Step 10. Pull up flap (mostly), yet somehow press down one edge EVEN MORE try to pull that bit up and OMG THE ENDS OF MY HAIR ARE STICKING IN THE ADHESIVE STRIP OH HOLY HELL MY HAIR'S STUCK TO IT WHY THE HELL DO I GROW IT THAT LONG ANYWAY OH EFFING WOMBATS.
Step 11. After some struggling and flailing, yank up ends of hair from adhesive strip with a funny ripping sound.
Step 12. Add remaining items, finish sealing envalope.

So Finny, there might be something extra in your envalope. And by in, I mean, the sticky bit might look like it's had a spot or two of Rogaine treatment. >_> Though tbh, you probably won't even see it, considering I hermetically seal things I mail with packing tape (ask Katkat, she's had to endure it. D: And blame my mother, she taught me to be like that, and is worse than I am *SHE'S USED DUCT TAPE ON BOXES BEFORE I SWEAR IT*)
