Oh, new Doc Martens 10 eyelet boots (yes, you that were in the box for like a year, I'm sorry it's not my *fault*, your predecessors have become so flexible and butter-soft)... I forgot how stiff, inflexible, and *painful* you would be at first. Good lord. Dare I say, *jinkies*. This is going to be a long day. :| (I'm either going to end up in tears or getting ill, since pain + numbness--how does that happen, anyway--seem to be making me queasy.)

Dedication stuffs today (hence wearing new shoes, have to wear them tomorrow as well, ohshitz*doomed*). Allergy shot this aft, too, why the hell didn't I bring my old boots to change into?

...so this totally has nothing to do with your post and I'm sorry about that, but does your mom by chance still have that extra ticket for Pratchett? One of my trumpet rookies wasn't able to snag one and would absolutely love to go.

Bah, totally no apologies necessary. LJ is the easiest way to get ahold of people, I obviously do it all the time ^^

I'm almost certain she still has that extra. She doesn't know any other Pratchett fans, really, and so has no one else to pass such along to. Her email's bestbohunc@comcast.net (Kathy, so you don't have to call her other-person's-Mom *heh*). Or if you need I can send her phone # in an email (she'd already told me to pass both along if you or others were interested, so it's okay :D ).
