whitereflectionMessed with homework most yesterday, on and off. Had trouble staying focused...every damned little thing distracted me. Like in the middle of doing my language labs, when I decided I needed to take an hour or so (or so >_> ) and look through all the YJ listings for PoT doujinshi.
So. *sighs* Have more homework to do today (not much at least, mostly just memorization because I will remember this stuff goddammit), and have made a dent in my savings. *cries* Shouldn't have...but god, I've been craving InuKai doujinshi so long, and haven't been letting myself get anything. So...should have scored No Barricade and Winter Comes Around by buy-it-now. Have a bid on the InuKai Summit Archives anthology which ends soon, and am looking at a few others. Then I need to stop. I have a scanner and a digital camera I *need* to be getting soon (not as soon as I would be if I wasn't bidding on djs >_< ). And this puts back my plan of some time getting Akiyoshi djs. Meh...I have no self-restraint. (Awman...and someday I'll need to find Mariage Eros II...the buying never ends... T__T )
...though one interesting thing. I have seen MomoKai djs. I have seen them! They exist! Damned if they didn't *all* have bids on them already. D< I can't afford to compete with other bidders, so I don't try for an auction if anyone else is going for it. But someday, someday I know I will eventually see more of them that I can bid on. I Will Own MomoKai Djs Eventually. Thor has spoken.
Anyway. Anj and Gina wandered over last night and we watched some Child's Toy. Have only ever seen a few eps of that at cons, but I so so so <3 it. I dunno why, I just *do*. It's so hard not to beg Anj to come over today so I can watch more. >_> So very hard to resist... I think that's a series I need to get from animeniacs (that and CCS...so need more money... T___T ).
Ohyeah, speaking of having less money...car oil change/wiper mechanism fix turned into oil change/wiper mechanism fix/Did you know your tires are extremely bald and all four need replacing? *sighs* Ouch. At the least, it is handling noticably better now. And the place we went to has a deal where you get free oil changes for the life of your tires when you get all four from them, so that will more than pay for itself. But still. It all bonks around inside my head with thoughts of Seattle and a con this summer (looking like AX) and god, that stove really is needing replacing, and I'm about gonna go insane if I don't get an eye exam and new pair of glasses soon, etc. etc.... Reminds me though that taxes need to get done now. Maybe we'll be lucky and get a decent refund. That'd help.
Been having a lot of dreams lately. Dunno why. And can't even remember them, just know that weird feeling I get when I near waking and I know I've been seeing yet another one. It's like watching television. Multiples a night, too, which is extremely strange for me. Last night's left me with this feeling that they were all filled with a great deal of worrying and anxiety and things I needed to correct and fix. Which echoes real life pretty well, ne. *scratches head* Anyway...
