*zombies* don'make me wake up...
Sep. 28th, 2003 08:38 amFriends of Japan picnic yesterday v.,v.,v. awesome fun. Met some cool people. Was about 15-20 of us, half US and half Japanese. Take-sensei also showed up, with her 6-mo-old, Sara-chan (who became the entertainment). Took chocolate covered strawberries and raspberries/blackberries in mini baking cups (both white and semisweet choc, drizzled w/the opposite chocolate); said items were oh-my-god popular. #^^#; If I didn't keep telling folks how damned easy they are to make, maybe I could sell something like this. Anyway, stayed out at the park until like 5--was mostly nice, if breezy-chilly (did get rained on a little, tho).
Afterwards, did dinner and much studying w. Kelly and Anj. Up rather late, but none of us had had good study time that day, or much the previous day. Unfortunately, yesterday (outside stuff, grill smoke) has my allergies kicking my ass hard-hard-hard-hard. Feel wretched. *flails* Better as hell not be a cold. Yay for Blistex lip cream, kleenex, and mentholatum-for-the-nose stuff. Yay, I say.
Ugh, never did get bills done Fri. or yesterday. Never did RSVP for my cousin's baby shower...need to get a card/gift for that, still owe Gina and Anj cards and a little something for their bd's recently. Yargh. Don's DnD game today--will take Japanese stuff to occupy me, I think. May skip Leslie's DnD game next week, and have James go--is a Hungarian pipe organist coming to NE Wesleyan in Lincoln (where Anj's mother is a professor of music) and doing a concert. For *cheap*. Pipe organs are love. Wanna go.
*so tired* Am feeling the InuKai love again. *sparkles severely* KatKat has converted me to the circle Jet Monster. Want their stuff. WANT. *flails* Gorgeous, sweet, romantic, pretty, snuggly, yum. *v.happy, hugs the shared dj scans* Wonderful, wonderful. Oh, and teh hugs to Katkat for pointing out those images of the PoT guys' rooms--I am in lust w/ Kaidoh's big screen tv and home theater surround sound system. *__* His family is teh rich, I think. *molests teh Kaidoh for his electronics* Bigger room than any of the other guys, actually. Tho, gives me ideas for maybe why he keeps himself so apart from others, keeps others away from him. Might work that into the RP somewhere.
