whitereflectionWords like 'reorganization/restructuring', and 'eliminate positions' said in a staff meeting are *ugly*. And freak me the hell out.
As does the ~encouragement~ from the dept. chair to volunteer to help out for *anything* and *everything* asked of us, so as to better make ourselves Indispensable.
Might as well cut this short, even if it's my one real break left in the day (thanks to class). I should go and do more to make myself indispensable. Or whatever. *hates the administration, and a lot of things right now*
