Back to work...
Nov. 14th, 2002 10:15 am...and boy, am I tired out already. ^^;; I should sleep good tonight. (I hope) Still sound rather cruddy, but I do feel a lot improved--am looking forward to shaking it for good, tho. I did get the 'lecture' from my dad on the phone this am that he, mom, and my stepmother are all extremely concerned about how this bug keeps recurring and how often I've been sick. ^^; I may have to just bite the bullet and go to the dr about my allergy problems, like I've been 'meaning to do' forever now, and also ask them if this perhaps is the sign of something like a chronic sinus infection or something.
Whoooo, yeah it's gonna be a long day. But I like getting back to the normal routine. Gonna do dinner out with dad tonight, and we hope to do someplace decent, since I haven't been out of the house in so blasted long. :) And I'm almost done taping CCS for Anj, which means just two more sets to go *dances*. Though I wouldn't have minded getting to watch it yet again today. I am *extremely* hooked. That is probably my all-time favorite show, tied with Yami No Matsuei. Man, especially the end of season three, I could watch that all again and again and again... *starry eyed* Everyone needs a good dose of "Zettai daijoubu da yo" every once inna while. ^__^
From the Emode.com Inkblot test--
Diane, your unconscious mind is driven most by Curiosity
This means you are full of questions about life, people, and the potential of your future. You spend more time than others envisioning the possibilities of your life — things that others are too afraid to consider.
Your curiosity burns with an almost physical need to know and do more. It's only through new experiences that you feel a greater understanding of yourself or the world — which ultimately is the greatest way for you to feel satisfied.
It is possible that the underlying reason for your drive towards curiosity is a deeply rooted fear of boredom. That means that you are probably more susceptible than others to feel like you're falling into a rut when life slows down into a comfortable routine.
You need to make sure you have stimulation in your life — that makes you feel like you're innovating or being exposed to the ideas and experiences that truly inspire you.
With such a strong orientation towards curiosity, you're also prone to a rebellious quality that shows up when you feel you are just going through the motions, and are unable to really influence the world around you. But interestingly enough, your drive towards novel experiences also indicates an openness others don't have, but wish they did.
Unconsciously, your curiosity presses you to learn more, experience more, and get the most out of life.
