Safari, J2 (rpf), rating not stated but I'd say G, and not sure how many words but it's really nicely long :D Did I say how happy I am with it? I did? Too bad, saying it again. \8D/ She handled my prompt so *perfectly*, and I'm so full of squee because it is everything that I love in a good h/c and sick!Jared fic. And I've been craving something like that so much! It's *so* cute and adorable and sweet. Her Jared and Jensen are just spot on, as is the way she writes them together. This is definitely something I'll be rereading whenever I need a pick-me-up. :)

OMG that was one of my favourites! I was also pretty relieved to see it, since there was a disturbing lack of hurt!Jared fics. :O

Ohman, I totally get where you're coming from about the lack of hurt!Jared stuff. It's very true in that community in general that the tendency is very much towards hurt!Dean and hurt!Jensen and it showed up so much like that in the meme. There were a few good ones that were Jared in that meme at least (the one for my prompt and the one about Jared protecting his dogs and getting bitten by embroiderama were my favorites). Just does get frustrating for those of us who are in the minority, trying to dig through all the other stuff. ^^;

I know there's ohsam for hurt!Sam stuff (though it's not got all that much activity, just some), but I'm not sure if there's a hurt!Jared comm out there or no. Though a community wouldn't guarantee people writing fic for us. ^^;

I know exactly whhat you mean! I only found the meme yesterday, and when I went through the list of fics that had had been written they were basically ALL Jensen. Which, you know, is fine. There are some wonderful fics, don't get me wrong! But it gets sooo repetitive: Jensen gets emotional after doing a scene...Jensen has the flu...Jensen gets hurt on set...Jensen needs cuddles from Jared/Jeffrey/Misha... They could have renamed it "The hurt!Jensen comment-fic meme" and be done with it.
And there are some fantastic hurt!Jared prompts that are ignored, while some of the Jensen prompts are filled more than once! It's just kind of offputting, which is a shame because like I said, there are some great fics there!

I knew about ohsam but I haven't seen a hurt!Jared comm before. There should be one! It would be my happy place. :D
