For whatever it's worth, I talked to Seth earlier and he said that he was able to talk some sense into the... offending person and that said person feels bad about what he did. Not that it excuses him, but yeah, I know where you're coming from. I was pretty pissed to, but trying to reason with a drunk person is an exercise in futility. I'm sure Seth will want to talk to you more about it whenever he gets a chance, if he hasn't already.
I left soon after that too and just went to sleep because listening to him try to both justify and apologize in the same breath was getting too irritating. XD
