whitereflectionYes, life is currently wowowowowowowowowowowowowowowow. Yesssssss. Ak is currently 73, which is nothing compared to the guy in our guild who's already dinged 80 (the main rush on our server of first 80s happened Sat/Sun), and the main pack of folks that are a good several levels higher than me. But I am enjoying it like fucking crazy, and I am utterly enthralled with this xpac. I have not felt this giddily infatuated with the game since first hitting Teldrassil in the original. I mean, I liked BC/Outlands, but I love this.
And Dalaran...I have not had scalp tingling over a city since first hitting Stormwind. It is already becoming a lagfest, but I am utterly besotted with it anyway. I want Ak to become an NPC, so he can stay there forever. (And yes, I have found a room I consider his--the single bed one in the upper level of the Ledgermain Lounge it is mine I called dibs :p The high elf running the bar is also his :p hur hur hur :p ) Have created my bloodelf Death Knight, but won't play him until Ak's 80 and has his mining/jc maxed, so that'll be awhile.
Also am besotted with the music. Ripped the CD in the wee hours of the 13th before going to bed, got it on my iPod, and have been listening to it at work every single day since. And I will again today. I. Adore. The. Music.

Folder with the tracks. Seriously, it's great for background/writing music. Even if you're not a WoW or game fan, take take. It is such lovely music, I adore it so.
In other news, went to Anj's Sat night to try out her new Wii (she's just got the basic sports pack and the rabbids game). Haven't had to do the overtime that they'd called for at work yet, as the rush doesn't seem to have hit. Bathroom faucet and kitchen sink/faucet/sprayer are now all replaced and look *so freaking nice*. And aunt that is dad's younger sister is still fighting complications from the surgeries earlier this year, and is going to be back in the hospital again for infections. Everything else is still kinda the usual, I think.
