Last night turned out not as expected. Instead of attending a concert, I ended up at Anj's place (originally there with the intent of picking her up) with James and Mom waiting out what turned into two hours of tornado warnings. Listening to the sirens go on and off again and again, watching and hearing about a large number of "areas of rotation" pass by in the clouds overhead, and sitting through a deluge of rain (estimated 6"?), hail, and wind.
I am so sick of this week, not to mention of this spring. What the hell is all this, anyway. I'm going to call the Orpheum, but I have a feeling we're all out the 30$ each for those tickets.
At the least, there were no twisters proper in Omaha, and nothing as horrible as what happened at the scout camp up north of here.
