whitereflectionAgain over 85f, it's probably near 87 by now. The cutoff point before they send people home is 90f in here, which we won't get I'm sure--we'll just hover in these few last degrees before it and suffer.
And it's *SO* nice outside. Anytime one even gets near an open door, much less goes out, it just emphasizes how bad it is in here, despite all they're doing to try to ventilate and get things cooled down.
Only had a salad for lunch, since I couldn't face the thought of a warmed up tv dinner, but I'm kind of regretting that. Feeling kind of vaguely ill. Really not getting anything done.
The irony: Just got an email from the furnace/ac company I use for home. Subject and first line of the mail? "It's National Indoor Comfort Week! April 20th-26th is National Indoor Comfort Week!" HaHA. I printed it off and cut out the message, highlighted those lines and taped it to my office door. With "Ha! Ha! Ha!" written on it. Oh, the timing of it.
3 more hours. Gods. And this is only Wednesday--two more days of the week to try to get through this.
