yet again, things

Happy Monday. Yay for Daylight Savings Time ending, but it's so very weird to have it totally light on the drive in. Imagine now it'll be dark on the drive home instead.

Friday was the craft show, and I bought many strange food items (toffee, local brewed root beer, raspberry habanero jelly) and bath stuff, and I don't know why I thought it would be slack just because I wasn't at work. Had two hour-long grocery trips (plus a shorter trip the next day) plus walking at the show, and making a southwestern cheesy chicken corn chowder in the evening. Was exausted as hell. Mom stayed over for the weekend and spoiled the cats thoroughly. She'll be hanging out at the house during the days a lot to continue to do the same.

Made chili again yesterday (yay). Also WoWed a bunch this weekend, but this is a given--NW got Lurker from SSC down last night http://nightmarewalking.com/ I am, as always, the one in the murloc suit.

Got the Wholes and Puscifer CDs, and both are good stuff. Puscifer is such darkly sexy music.

Inundated with books last Thursday. Time to finally deal with them.
