So yeah, the iPod thing? Brought mine in today, plugged it in...doesn't work. At all. Worked back during the trip, but not now. Not sure if it's the battery, or some hardware problem. At least, there is an Apple Store in town I can take it to, rather than mail it for service. But still. Fuckness.

Have to admit, since batteries run 80$ and repairs can be 130$, kind of makes me ponder just buying another damned one, since I'd belatedly realized that 30gig is way too damned small for someone like me after I got it. There's 80gig...and 160gig. Would be such a damned lot of money, but...yeah. Something.
