Also, it stinks of weird chemical stuff in the building, and I've heard it's been ugly warm the last week. Also, it's going to be like 80F outside this week. OH SO HAPPY TO BE BACK. :p
And much to do to catch up, but no more than expected. But seriously, it really does stink in here.
Got Starbucks on the drive in. Does this surprise anyone? (Ans: No) Decaf, but still. Anj did give me a bottled Starbucks thing, dark chocolate peppermint mocha, and I shall save it for tomorrow and then roll around in it happily then.
Btw, on the flight back, read Harper Lee's To Kill A Mockingbird, which I'd been intending to do for years. And ohman, why had I never read it sooner. That is such an incredible book. So moving. Also read Melusine by Sarah Monette and liked it much more than I expected. Need to read the other two in the trilogy now. Also started on the latest Terry Pratchett novel, Making Money. Can't wait to get further in it.
Soooooooo nice to get back to WoW and my lock. ♥ I had missed teh Ak. And got many warm fuzzes by how many guild folks were happy to see me back, and how they told me that I'd been missed. *fuzzes* Should be official-like in two days, I think.

Also also: I'm never making an issue of how early Americans start gearing up for Christmas again, because those wacky English are starting all that holiday madness *already* (pretty much from when their back to school sales wrap up). Everywhere was reminders to book reservations for Christmas dinners, and displays of gifty stuff, and egads. Wacky, I say.
And seriously, it *really* smells funny here. >p
