Son of a *biscuit*. Stumbling block on a small bit of the fic and I seriously don't know what to *do* with it. I'd thought it'd felt slightly off in the original, but felt not satisfied with the redo (*really* was in a bad frame of mind while working on it, still feel it shows). And now have two diametrically opposed opinions regarding the bit/revision. Really, really no clue what to do with it. (Except for working myself up into an emopanic, I seem to be quite good at that part. Way to go, me.)

Been basically asleep sitting up for like the last several hours, yet I've been fighting sleep. Why, I have no clue.
