First listening of the Vince Guaraldi Trio this season (the Charlie Brown Christmas music, yo). ♥♥♥~ Reminds me, I want to buy the animated Christmas special on DVD. Really would like to watch it each year. :x Also want to buy the black and white version of A Christmas Carol (not sure if the one I saw in gradeschool was the 1938 or the 1951 version; perhaps I should buy both ^^: )

Saw a poem yesterday when cataloging a book on Arabic, Persian, and Hebrew poetry:

I am the One whom I love, and the One whom I love is myself.
We are two souls incarnated in one body;
if you see me, you see Him,
if you see Him, you see us.

--Al-Hallaj (857-922)

If you think I--in addition to seeing its potentially religious meanings--had Kingdom Hearts thoughts, specifically pertaining to the concept of Sora and Roxas, you'd be right. Yes, I am a loser. But I do wish I could do an icon using the text, or at lest the last 2-3 lines of it.

Also: mildest, driest November ever. No snow, no ice, temps keep going above normal. Pretty much no rain, even. Is odd.

TSO concert tonight. w00t ♥

Oh man, I miss that. I love this season so much. :) If you happen to have that Vince Guaraldi Trio CD, if it wouldn't be too much trouble, do you think you could rip it and send it my way? Please? :-D It's hard to find English Christmas music in Japan without paying 3 arms for it. ^_^;; If not, no worries!!

And btw, thanks for the comment in my journal. It really, really means alot. <3

Certainly, I can do that no problem. :o Heck, if you're needing Christmas music, I can send a bunch of different stuff. I've got TransSiberian Orchestra, Mannheim Steamroller, that Charlie Brown one, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, even the new Sarah McLachlan one. Would you need an audio or mp3-type CD?

I already rip stuff off so I can have it on my iTunes/iPod, so I could be sending something by this weekend I think. Would just need an address to mail to (email it to me if you want, shinizero@yahoo.com) No doubt finding stuff over there's expensive--any import CD I see here is always jacked up in price, no doubt it's the same over there. :x

Awww, I wasn't expecting mail!! ^_^;; Wow, I was just thinking you could zip it and sendspace it to me, it would be much easier and less costly for you (sending mail to Japan can get kinda expensive, I think). But if you really wanna send CDs... wow, gosh. <3 Thank you sooooo soo much! ♥ ♥

Oh gosh, Mannheim Steamroller... I saw them live once, it was beyond amazing. I've been listening to them since I was in 6th grade; it just wouldn't be winter without them. Everything you listed sound absolutely amazing, and I'd love to have whatever you'd like to share! <3

CDs here are ridiculous! Even a regular, Japanese CD is normally priced around 3000 yen, and singles start around 900-1300 yen. It's absolutely insane, the price of entertainment here. ^_^

If I can zip (not sure I have the software to, I can unzip but I might need a paid and not freeware program to do so ^^; ) I can perhaps sendspace the Vince Guaraldi one. Would tide you over 'til I could mail CDRs since I know shipping internationally takes forever. But then I can send the rest as mp3 CDs. I'd do audio, but forgot how many there were XD; Will ship easier to cram a bunch of mp3s on a couple discs. Hope that's ok. :D

Have already ripped 'em off, I should be able to hit the post office Saturday am. Just would need a mailing type address if that's all right. I'm always mailing teh Kat-cucumber, so now I'm curious if Japan's a similar cost to ship to as Britain.

Also: that link you sent (Gaia XD I've never tried it, but I know many who play or have guilds)--that picture is *awesome*. ♥ Was it ok if I read the RP stuff? o_o; Because it's *really* neat, and I liked it very much. It something where I could share the link with Kat/semecucumber? (If you haven't already...) She would greatly, greatly love the AkuRoku-ness. Looks like it's going to be a cool story 8D I'll certainly cheer it on.

Absolutely, please share the love! I'm glad you like it!! ^_^ That girl is my muse, and quite possible the most adorable thing on the face of the earth. When I feed her lovins, she feeds me... muse-y type things. ;) If you have a Gaia account, share the link and join the guild, and tell her that I sent you. (Right now, Sora's Tale is the one she's doing for me, since I'm quite the rabid Reno fan.) :D
