whitereflectionSaw Casino Royale this evening, and damn if that wasn't a cool Bond film. And do you know how long it's been since I've been able to think that? Since the made-before-I-was-born ones, really. Just haven't liked the last several Bonds--Brosnan, Dalton, and so on--they just didn't *feel* like the character. Daniel Craig nails it, imo. I want that op. theme, too, the one by Chris Cornell, You Know My Name.
Odd down/angry mood earlier, think it's chilled some, but not sure why it hit. Kind of one of those lonely spikes, I guess, least the movie was a distraction from it.
Fic has been oddly light lately. AkuRoku fics are effing hard to find suddenly. And am scraping to find anything in any of the fandoms I read--little here, little there is the best I can come up with. Rather a bummer. And one of the authors I absolutely hero worship (who is one of the biggest reasons I'm a FF7 nut again/still) is suddenly gone for over a week, and I'm already gd jonesing for her stories. : /
