So the new year's eve rundown: had Anj, Gina, and Kelly over all-day. Ate fancy snack foods that the group of us had gotten for Christmas. Am now rather sick too my stomach from it all. Wondering how I'll manage to sleep, considering all the indigestion. Anyway, we marathoned LotR, which is 12+hours of goodness, yes. I snivelled my way through much of it. Would have done so worse, had I been alone.

Anj and Gina are staying over, yay for spare bedroomage--Kel felt awake enough to drive home. Not like we have to worry about having been drinking (still love that fizzy raspberry-grape juice Anj brought), but A/G worry about whom else might be on the roads. They'll take off early tomorrow am since Anj does church--but I have to be up at 7 anyway, to get back on a normal morning schedule (will do 6am Monday to be ready for 5:30am Tuesday and the return to work).


But yeah, the holidays are winding down. Seems like I got less goof-off time than previous years, but probably was about the same. Just had a lot to get done, I suppose. Oh, and in WoW news, those Nightslayer Shoulders I always dreaded getting? The ones with good-good stats and helping towards set bonuses, but that look like mixing bowls at best or silver tumors/boobs hovering over a character's shoulders? Yeah, got those. And I still love my Fang of the Faceless dagger, tho it still stuns me that Gutgore is a backup already. Least I'm kind of shaking the weirdness of circumstances surrounding getting it.

Will note that the Wed. night raiding (died at Rags again) was one of the most fun and crack raids LC has had in a long time. Was nice.


Tomorrow...ah, finally got told after asking a billion times the past couple weeks that there's no game tomorrow. But over to movie-Don's by 4:30, for the new year's movie night. Hah, more snackage food that will result in feeling queasy. And Monday I will be lazy, this I swear.

Need to go about getting my Christmas Nintendo DS. No rush tho. Wanna get a decent price.

I got my present. :D It was too awesome for words. I sat down with Zay and read it to him. "Whazzat?" "The Elder Gods!" "Ta Eldur Gads.... Whazzat?!"

But Di! I'm so disappointed. :O A card that has a dove and "peace" on it? Not what I'm used to getting from you!
