Beware the deserter paw
Oct. 24th, 2005 08:46 amMows has been most cute lately. Yay for cat comics.
Lessee, weekend. Saturday I finally transferred guild leadership to one of the other officers, resigned from UGA disciplinary officer and councilness, and officially stated I wasn't running Sas in Ony/MC any longer (maybe if I move to another guild, not in the current alliance). Also finally *finally* got to play/hang out with Kat<3 Happy happy~ (And it finally got me playing my warlock again.) And in a more blasphemous-heretical turn...I messed with creating and playing a character on James' EQ2 account. >.> Just messin' with it a little. Mostly out of curiosity. I can't help it. Now I'm getting the MMORPG bug in general, and I'm wanting to see what other games are like as well. Would like to see a little EQ2 and Guild Wars, stuff like that. WoWs my main of course, but I could see tinkering a bit. There's some fun to be had, some exploring of new worlds and gameplay to be had, curiosity to sate, that sort of thing. ^^;
Was the day of blown-ness yesterday. Don's game am, movie-Don's pm. Very typical get-togethers, both. Did make break-apart cookies though. w00t. (Batman Begins was most cool, tho. The first of that franchise I've actually *liked*. Very nicely done.)
But omg, it's so chilly out lately<3. We are completely in the throes of fall, and it is glorious. Most everything is changing colors, some trees are bare already. Sat. was drizzly and dim, and it's been 50s highs, just below freezing lows, and I'm having to turn on the heat at night. Perfection~<3 (And man, when I can smell other peoples' fireplaces outside, mmm...)
This weekend. This weekend. O____O It is the BlizzCon. I am so very, very psyched. Panels, and exhibits, and special announcements, and cosplayers, and contests to watch (the dance and emote ones should amuse), contests to participate in (the level 1-10 first one I think I'll try), and who knows what else... And the comedian and Offspring concert at the end... [Ohyeah, and the Penny Arcade, PVP, and GUComics people will all be there :D] Uwahh, I am so *psyched*. (And maybe just a little bit of a Disneyland visit before things really get going, ne ne ne... >.> *addict*) Psyyyyyyched...
And OMG...heard on the radio this am... Blue October is in town Nov.5 O________________________O Blue October~~~ >o< Only problems...that will be the weekend after getting back from BlizzCon. So...money for tickets. And not getting together with Anj, Gina, and Kelly much lately. And being right after a major trip. Not to mention the first time we'd have a chance to do something for James' birthday. But but...Blue October. T___T Not sure, I might talk to folks about doing a midday gathering to see each other and do something for James. So then perhaps I could do the Blue October concert in the evening. Maybe perhaps. Must decide soon. Because omg...like only my favorite current-and-still-together-performing band like ever... *flaily*
