And here I was all thrilled that it's gone chilly finally--I mean it was 37 on the drive in, and the high's only supposed to get to 68 today. I mean, I thought "Fall, *finally*...!" and I was all happy. Then my dept. chair happened to mention that ohno, it'll just be like this a couple days, then it's back up into the 80s by late this weekend/next week.

T_______T Screw you, summer. Go the hell away already.

Seriously, yesterday and this morning were just *perfect* weather-wise. Dammit. It figures.

Hah! This means you may be the only person I can ever convince to move to NH. It's cold here and it's gonna stay that way. Glorious dry, windy, smells like falling leaves and earth, cold. Need wool and a hot tub kinda cold (a long time to go on the fake stuff because heating oil is too expensive to use right now). Eating pumpkin soup and roasted potatoes cold. Happily crawl under the down comforter with the cats as warmers kinda cold...
