whitereflectionOkay. So anyone who's talked to me for any length of time has probably heard me say that I don't dream often. I really don't--and if I do, I can never remember much. Like the last dream I can remember having was months ago. But I had a rather vivid (and naturally odd) one this morning. And what did it involve?
... CELS! XD *dies* God*damn* this hobby is so eating my brain! I'm even dreaming about them! XD Man, I am *such* a freak.
Anyway, yeah I had a dream about looking at CCS cels, mainly Touya ones (woo, so close to the truth! ^^ ) And I can really, really remember the last one I was looking at--of Touya and Yukito--when the dream changed, and I could hear the dialogue that went along with the cel, or at least the scene just after the cel. It was the weirdest and coolest thing! And naturally that's when James woke me up. >< ><; ><;; Figures. *sighs*
And speaking of cels (XD You knew I wouldn't be able to resist babbling even *more* about the topic, right? *snerk*), I've got some that are really, really, really calling out to me. What was the site that I was looking at yesterday evening (*beams at Kea*), animeisland? I forget. It's on my browser at home, and I've got it bookmarked there--cause I sure as hell am going to be using it! :D It took hours, I swear, for me to narrow it down to four cels I wanted. And I've finally gotten it narrowed down to three, which won't stretch my budget *quite* so badly--but getting them does hinge on a certain Ebay auction ending tonight. I don't think there's any way in hell that Subaru cel is gonna stay in my price range, but I'm gonna keep an eye on it just the same. I mean, just in case, ya never know. >_> Come on, man, it's *Subaru*! I *have* to try if it's anywhere near what I can afford! *flails* Heh. Boy, if it were Seishirou (like I'll ever get a chance at one of him!), I swear I'd sell my soul for it. ^^;
Hm, wow--I'm inna good mood. :D Weird! I think it's partly that it's Friday (*dances*), partly that my supervisor's taking the day off, which means I can slack some extra (*dances*), and partly that Akon's only two weeks away! (*DANCES*) And Nix and Brandon come into town only twelve days from now, for us to start the Road Trip From/To Hell! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! XD Man, after the con is so going to suck--I've been looking forward to it so damn much that the thought of having it be done with and not getting to see everyone for ages again feels like it's gonna about kill me (figuratively, I mean. Eh. *rolls eyes*)
Oh. And Kea? That "lemon in the library" thing? I am *SO* going to make sure you actually write that. I will haunt you until it's done, oooooooooooooOOOOooooOOOooooooo! *flails spookily* Mmmm, *man* that sounds like such a kickass-fun-drooly fic! :D
*misses Nix and hope she's gonna arrive safely in NY so I can call her tonight* ^

One by one, the cels steal my sanity (and my money...)
The site we spent the most time on last night was Animegame. (http://www.animegame.com) I'm still considering buying that Suoh on there. My new Nokoru coming from Japan might feel lonely.
Duo: *ahem* And how many Nokoru (and Suoh) cels do you have already? *meaningful look*
Kea: uhm....*nervous laughter*
Seriously, though, I think that Subaru is nice. I've bought cels from Mandarake before, they're pretty spiffy. *giggles* And you'd be having to fight me if a Sei-chan shows up. ^_^ I almost would want a movie one, though, because he doesn't have the blind eye in the OVA. But, he does have the glasses... *salivate* What is it with me and men in glasses?
Speaking of men in glasses, fifteen minutes and Yuki should be mine!!
*giggles more* And it won't take much arm twisting for the library lemon. I've been thinking a bit about it this morning. Not sure if this would make it into the fic, but...they're in the library, taking a study break and sipping juice in one of the break rooms. Yukito has just commented, after seeing a guy and a girl stroll past them, hand in hand, that it must certainly be easier to get close in a public place if one is wearing a dress like hers, less clothing to take off, only rearrange. > > >
A flicker of bewilderment, chased closely by thrill and intrigue, dashed across Touya's face. It was an image that had never before crossed his mind, Yuki wearing something feminine. Despite his soft alto and delicate features, in either form his brain had only comprehended him as 'male'. His skin prickled with a strange excitement, though, as he mentally swapped the pants Yuki wore for a flared skirt. "Are you saying you'd be willing to wear something like that for me?" he asked, low and husky, not daring to vocalize more than that.
"To-ya," Yuki chided gently, the faintest kiss of embarrassment touching his cheeks. Brown eyes lowered, their thought-motion beneath the thin lids almost hypnotic. It seemed an eternity longer than the six seconds it took for him to gather himself as Touya watched, mesmerized. He smoothly tilted his head up and to the side, the shadows from his bangs deepening those eyes even more against the pale canvas of his face, regarding Touya with a look that was both cute and dangerous.
"If I remember right, it was you who wore the dress in our play, Cinderella-sama..."

Ah, and sankyuu for the reminder about animegame. All the names of these sites are starting to run together for me. ^^;; At the least I had the page up still at home. Hmmmm, that Suoh was *very* nice--and very reasonably priced. I think it's something for serious, serious consideration. (And as for what Duo said, it's taking three Touyas to keep one Yue company, so lord knows how many Suohs it would take to keep your Nokorus. Many, is my guess. ^.^ *hee* )
*snerk* Could you see us competing at bidding for a Sei-chan cel? "Bid: One soul...Bid: One soul + 1...Bid: One soul + infinity...Bid: Ohyeah? One soul + infinity + 1 :ppppp..." ^^ I must admit, I like all-Sei-all-the-time, but there is something to be said for X-era Sei-chan. The eyes, the propensity for sunglasses, the way he totally allows the Sakurazukamori menace to show through... *drools* No just-your-friendly-next-door-vet there, woo! :D (And believe me, I am still bitter that there are no cels for anything past the movie. *siiiiiigh*)
