...well then. I have learned a new term today ('sequential bisexual') and suddenly some things start to make sense. I think I need to do some research, find out if this quiz is just hot air, or based off reality. Trippy.

In and of itself, not a surprise, no. But the sequential thing did, as it fit some things that have been causing me major issues at times--you know, it was the sort of surprise of "oh, this is something other people have encountered, and I'm not just some weirdo".

Oh and from what I gather so far, and I've only done a bit of looking into it, sequential refers to interest and attraction switching back and forth between genders over a certain time period. Concurrent of course would be interest in/involvement with both genders at the same time.

Ah! So desu ne. That makes sense.

Though, it is fact that women tend to me much more fluid on their preferences than men (in general), because we're more used to building relationships and feeling deep emotional attachement to the same sex.

Take it a step further: lesbians tend to be more fluid (over a lifespan) than gay men.

From what I understand, it's perfectly normal for bisexuals to flip-flop, like both at the same time, like only one for months, etc.
