whitereflectionHanging out with Anj Monday was good. Overdid it a bit walking outside in the Old Market (but it was only a couple hours, and only some outside as we went through shops... :x ) The Indian store the Souq didn't help with its reeking-of-incenseness, I guess. Also went to the organic/vegetarian cafe McFosters, and it was awesomeness. Spent the evening coughing and couch-flopping >_> Drug my way through work yesterday--just was dead. So couch-flopped last evening and hit bed at a decent time. Power flicker had shut down my computer, so I didn't even bother bringing it up until I crashed >_> *slacker*
Obligatory fangirl section: Bought and read Bleach 1-3. Reaction...YEEEEEEEE<3 Goddang, but it's cool. I. Want. More. *shakes Viz hard for more now dammit* I want to be Ichigo. Would rock if I could ever be that cool. And Nix is right--Rukia kicks ass. And I am going to say something very, very odd for me...I like the idea of an IchigoRukia pairing. ...shutupshutupIknowit'shetwaugh *flails* But man, they just have this great chemistry and interaction together, I just dig it. Though I have yet to find a character in it I don't like. Wish there was someone in it I could match enough to cosplay...
Want to play Lineage 2...is so *pretty*. Discovered back when I was sick, and was reminded this weekend that Teen Titans is an incredibly cute-fun cartoon. And this week's VGCats rocks so hard it isn't funny...nowait, it is. You know what I mean. And here I sneak in fangirling at a certain character and a certain pairing of a certain fandom that I refuse to truly admit to as it's like so lame and geeky and preteen-fangirlish but yee! and at least it's not Yugioh or Digimon or DBZ; keeping up with the ficcage is hard, though--too much of it. but sometimes I hit something good and it's like yeeeeeomgwow<3*sparkles*. Ok, enough of that.
I must share Lazyboy's Underwear Goes Inside The Pants mp3 when I get home. I so dig that. Must review that latest TSO CD, too (making myself not listen to that...Friday and yesterday is enough until the holidays >_>; )
Had a spazz attack this am when I came into work, and saw someone had put up a flyer for the Courtesy Committee that read "Your invited to a Halloween party". ..........*freaks* Ranted at anyone nearby about it, then grabbed a permanent marker and added an apostrophe and e. Gads. We work in a library. We should know the difference between your and you're. *GAH*.
Dr. appointment this afternoon. Should be the last one--and hopefully if they do as they say they were going to, I'll have a flu shot waiting. I gotta start getting funds back out of the medical account I set up, or I lose that money :x And I still gotta find a dentist to go to *shudders*
