Slept for teh crap last night. Did perfectly fine the little bit I crashed on the couch--lights on, TV going, etc. But going to bed for real, took forever to finally zonk out, then I kept waking up over and over and over and...yeah. Like a whole night of dozing. Not sure what the heck's up with that.
Stupid lymph node swelling up and being sore by my right ear. *pokes self* Stop doing that, kthnx? Would go home and hot pack it (not to mention sleep), but with my supervisor gone again for her mastectomy and recovery, gotta do time card stuff for her and such. Not to mention we've got a mandetory staff meeting today with some of the University bigwigs--some vice chancellor, assistant vice chancellor? I have no idea. Something about the search for a new Dean and whatnot. *shrugs*
Ohyeah, in addition to a decent performance eval, actually did get a bit of a raise. Extremely small, but actually a few cents more than last year's (which was omgawful, but still...). So, more than nothing, ne.

I need to find music/mp3s for some of the AMVs they had at AX this year. (Speaking of which, AX folks--I have the Strongbad Sings CD, with the full-length The System Is Down track. Anyone want that? I can ul it to my webspace if so...) Also need to find that TenTen theme. Thing is *still* stuck in my head...
If I had money right now, I think I'd be paying people to write certain fic for me. Craving stuff that just isn't out there. D
