Uuuuuhhhhhmmm...
Apr. 11th, 2002 08:18 amLessee...nothing new. Nope. Sad, but true. It's rainy today, but that's cool 'cause I like rain. Could develop into thunderstorms, which is even cooler. I love thunderstorms. No tornadoes, tho, thanks. ^^ Auntie Em Auntie Em Auntie Em...! *flailsflailsrunsintoawallouch* Eh heh heh...um.
Oh, had one of those "How the mighty have so damned fallen" moments today: on the drive in, I caught a bit on the radio where the brass overture from The Who's "Tommy" was playing. It was on a alternative rock station, so I figured it was some commercial...for The Who, though. But nooooo! It was a commercial for *allergy medication*!!! They were using the fscking overture from the god-d***ed Who's god-d***ed "Tommy" to hock sinus pills!!! *FLAILS*
... *scowls* It is a dark day, indeed. *scowls more* Oh, how the mighty have fallen, indeed. What'll it be next?? Pink Floyd music to advertise cat litter, or Led Zepplin songs hocking feminine supplies??! Waugh! ><;;;;
Whoo...okay, got that off my chest. Eh.
Oh, and there was more chapters of One Piece up last night! Eeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Monkey!! Go go Rufi/Luffy/Luefy! I so wish I could figure out the real spelling of his name--every place I look it's written differently. >_< Oh, and I finally got to reading more Shaman King--and yes, I do like it *bunches*. ^___^ Amidamara is a freaking *hot* samurai ghost, thank you. *drools* Must keep reading so I can find the winged bish Kenji mentioned. Must find!!
Though truthfully, I could *gleefully* stomp the character Anna into the ground. When she was first introduced, if she smacked Yoh or Manta (who looks scarily like a eternally chibified Gravi-Shuiichi ^^;;) one more time, I thought I was gonna slug my computer monitor. Eh. ^^;;;; At least she's calming down--I just don't dig the arrogant/smug/bitch characters... *shrugs* I like the other characters, tho--Yoh and Amidamara are nice 'n' pretty. ^^ I haven't decided about Ryu yet--his hair is so phallically pompadour. *hee*
Ooh, work. Right. I should do that. *grin*

*proceeds to freak out*

I most certainly concur. ^^

"Fuck," went Fuuma defiantly. "Fuck fuck fuck fuck."
*****
This is why I like their version of Fuuma. *heeheehee* He and Kakyou are scary cute, and I even got fuzzies from Ikeda and Keisuke--though I still don't know what the heck to think of Keisuke. Hm. *arches an eyebrow*
Mouuu, and poor Subaru, poor Sei-chan, poor Saijirou...*flails, sighs*

Date: 2002-04-11 11:27 am (UTC)Oh...and one word: SILVA!!!! Two words: WINGED SILVA! Wooooooooooooo!!! Five words: You were right, darn you. ^__^ Mmmm, wings...and let's not forget bish-hair...and those shoooouuulders... *gurgles* Mmm, like a native American Vincent, yowza. ^^ (Yeah, I'm finally 'bout halfway through vol. 4 now... )
Re: I most certainly concur. ^^
You weren't alone in the fuzzy feelings about Keisuke/Ikeda. *heartmark* And Fuuma's filthy mouth cracked me up. Though, the comparisons do make you wonder. but he wouldn't be Fuuma if he wasn't something of a jerk. Even dorky, pre-dark Kamui Fuuma could be a jerk. ^^
I hurt and weep for Saijirou. I had started to love him almost as much as Sei-chan. And, you know? We've been awfully short on the Kamui these past several chapters. I want snuggliness with Keiichi!!
And Subaru...I love Subaru, but I really do wish he'd grow a spine some days.
And I want to know what Zach was asking Suna about Shuichi...
*grrrrrrrrrrr* I hate waiting!!

Date: 2002-04-11 12:48 pm (UTC)Heh...maybe a spine could be Sei's present to Subaru for their wedding. Though this being X, and Sei-chan being the literalist he is, that could be kinda icky. XP Ew. (*gets a horrible mental image of Subaru opening a box and looking totally disgusted at the contents* Sei: I even got a matching one for Shuichi. *smirks* )
