whitereflectionDoing an original series Record of Lodoss War mini-marathon tonight--Kelly hasn't seen but the first episode yet, so now seems as good a time as any. :) I can handle 13 eps in an evening. Heh. I've done it before with my many repetitions of Yami no Matsuei, after all.
It's kinda cool to rewatch Lodoss again...it's one one of the first anime I saw after starting college and meeting the group of people who became my pack then (some of whom are still friends today, like Anj). And I was so insane for it then--I lived and breathed RoLW. I was so nuts for it I went out and bought the LD of the last four eps because the fansubbers weren't getting them soon enough--and I didn't even have a laserdisc player. Had to drive to Michael's four hours away (Central City = Middle of Nowhere. One preacher, some cows, some corn, no waiting) just to see it. But oh was it worth it! ^^
So this is like a tenth-anniversary celebration of sorts. Heh. Cool.
