One carbon monoxide detector going off this morning...ignored it, because it was the flaky oversensitive one. When the *second* CO2 detector in the basement started going off at noon as well... >_< Got the heating/cooling repair guy out. So far he's not finding anything wrong, but even their CO2 sensor is showing we've got some for some reason. Argh argh argh. He's calling out another guy to help him check, but if they don't find a reason, I'll have to call the gas utility company to see if they can find out what's causing this (water heater? stove?). Cold in here though, from turning the furnace off and opening the windows at first. :<
Speaking of the water heater, have to schedule someone to come look at that, too. : / It's been seeping, and I know sometimes you get a little from condensation, but it's not summer and therefore definitely not humid--and it's a constant slow leak now. Ffffffff. Every time one of these things happens, I'll remember how I always wanted to just rent, and the usual him insisted we buy a house. Blargh.
