getting things done? um, wut?

Finally opened the what, four boxes Mom'd sent over the past month (I put things on my desk, things tend to stay there D: ). And now I'm surrounded by cat toys and books. This is a good thing ♥♥ You should see Tink cat with the battery-operated one, a moving cat-shaped deal; it's not moving atm, but it's got a wand attached with a fuzzy ball on the end, and Tink is going *mad* for the little flicking motions it's making. Ahhh, amusement *heh*

Of the books she sent, is a new series I'm :D to see...just mystery novels, but they're set in a thinly veiled version of the Bellingham (WA) public library (I think the author worked/works there?). Mom even has a note that the author's son went to the same high school I did the year we lived there. Yeah, things only I would consider cool.

Also also? I fail at making tea. Seriously.

Also also also, I get distracted by reading. XD; (But it's a collection of some of the Unshelved webcomic. Library comic! *hee*) /distracted again

Went to GameStop to get: Kelly's birthday present

Left Gamestop with: Kelly's birthday present (Samurai Champloo Sidetracked game for PS2), Phoenix Wright: And Justice For All, FF: Chocobo Tales (Eeeeeee♥), and a black DSLite 8D 8D Heh, oops? Nah, no oops, I'm not sorry. Been meaning to get one for eons, the screen is *so* much nicer. And! Come June, there will be a cartridge sold that has an Opera web browser (not just text anymore o_o ), so you can use the DS for browsing at wireless hotspots--like say, my work 8D Sweet as hell. Already have a reservation down on it. >:D

Ahh, headache again. Least it's a normal one ^^;

Finally listening to that Off The Clock CD (by Starbucks employees from all over the country :o ) So far it's pretty cool. :D

I should wait til tomorrow...

...? O_o But what does it meeeeeeeeeeean? I wonder how they calculate this? I mean seriously? I can guess promiscuosity comes from the dating question maybe? So I'm not promiscuous because I haven't dated anyone here?--but does it factor in crushes/infatuations/inappropriate thoughts/attractions? I'm so not going any further with that train of thought D: There's the magical line where honesty becomes creepy.

And friendliness, I suppose that could be from how much I post and/or comment? Except for that could really just be spammishness, self-centeredness, or my inability to shut the hellfuck up. (Ex. this posting). Lack of wisdom, that makes so much sense, totally a lack of depth, thought, or logic around these parts. And the high random..? Yeah, that more than anything I can guess where that labelling came from. But that much cool? Uh...no idea where that comes from. Totally big no to that one. Makes no sense at all.

Anyway. Behind the times fabulously, as evidenced by the fact that I just saw the 4th Harry Potter movie tonight. Adfkjsksjsgfomfg, it was...*wonderful*. Just *wow*. I think it totally reawakened my love for the franchise, which had rather waned after the 6th book. Which...I confess. I know general plot points, I know spoilers, I've skimmed bits...I never actually read it. I. Plan to finally read it, and read the 7th when it comes out--after I wait for spoilers, just to be forewarned (I'm sorry, I can't *change*). And of course see the last movies as they happen. Just...man.
