Jun. 27th, 2006 10:12 amOohwow, the tired and cranky. =_= Was just convincing myself to get coffee this am, when James managed to run late and make it so I had to rush to work without stopping so I could make it on time. Bastard.
Anyway, few more icons, w00t. Also, music~ Burned the other Cechomor CD from Anj, and when I got in she loaned me the Lucie live concert CD she'd gotten from her mom. And she gave me a copy of her Piano Collections FFVII disc she just got (zomg pretteh >o< ) So yay ♥ Will make the time go much better, being able to wallow in new music stuffs.
Tempted to go home early tho D: In addition to the zomgtired, allergies are *horrid* today. Was bad already--eyes were gritty all last evening and this am, sneezing like crazy on the drive in--from pollen stuff; but the construction stuff's in mad-crazy mode. Still stacks moving first floor going on, which is stirring up HUGE masses of dust for like a week now (you should see the floors now where the shelves were, it's thirteen kinds of disgusting). As well as they're knocking down the temporary construction walls on the expansion. First floor was yesterday, I think third is today, more tomorrow. But in doing so is this building-shaking pounding, which is knocking dust and grit everywhere. Add in to that they're tearing up carpet main level (30 years of dust and crap) and glueing down the new today. So... D: D: Sinuses, eyes, face, all burning and/or itching, sneezing, sniffling, clearing my throat like mad. -_- I dunno, is tempting to go if I get the new books and bindery typing done. Will see.
Minor hoohah in guild last night. After yet another infantile display, the officers finally got rid of our most problem person, booted him and all his alts out. Tho he wasn't online at the time, but with him it's better that way. They can field the crap that he tries after, without it being a huge mess during prime-time while everyone's around. Though I haven't seen the guildforums this am yet, so... Also, switching out of one of our guild leaders--basically he was asked to step down, since he's basically never around. Even if he's logged in, he's usually afk until he gets disconnected, even in raids. RL really just keeps him to busy, even if he is an ok guy. Tho he's being a bit emo about it (he was a long-time gm, back to one of the two guilds that merged, and back further to when we were all in that old alliance), but everyone seems to be reassuring they like having him around as a player--I think even as class lead though he doesn't meet attendance minimums for it I think--but just he wasn't actually leading. And a group this big and active needs real leadership.
Gah, what will I fan on today..? *flails* No manga volumes, no new fic... T___T /woe
