Oct. 12th, 2005 08:56 amSo I *wanted* to sign up for Ony and MC this week. But I thought Ony was going to be on Wednesday, so didn't sign up since I've gotta do dinner with Dad and Dave tonight...and then noticed oh, it's on Friday this time--after 4 pages of people had already signed up. ><; And I really was watching the time last night until the MC thread was unlocked, was watching and watching...then got distracted after finally getting my patch and UI mods straightened out (well, except for the Auctioneer error and the fact that Atlas doesn't work :/) and by the time I checked the UGA boards there were 5 pages of people signed up for MC already. ><;;;;;;;; I'm a stupid, stupid twit. I swear I need an alarm for when signups start. Criminy.
So now I wonder, do I sign up even though I know for sure I'd be on the backup list, and take advantage of the 'backups given priority for next week's raid' thing, or do I just sign up like normal next week? I should probably try (*try* ><) to sign up like normal next week, since signing up as backup this week just to get in next seems like taking advantage of the new system.
Anyway. Am caffinated this am. Didn't crash until way too late, then still couldn't fall asleep until like 2. But I've got a new student I'm starting to train today, so I couldn't afford to be a zombie. So instead I'm so jittery and caffine-scattered I'm equally as useless. >_< At least she's really intelligent and nice. But still. *Training*. AUGH. Hates. At least my supervisor has something she wants to train her on when she gets in. Guess I should go check on how she's doing.
Oh, but first--Wailing Caverns is neat :D I liked muchly. But my poor troll is in the ugliest warrior gear ever. *Short short pants.* D: D< >_<; Argh. Horrid pants, tiny shield, ugly cloak...and many of my items are actually for the shamen class, but I took them since no one else wanted/needed, and at least they were good armor or had a bit of stats I did need. Even if it did leave her the smartest lvl.22warrior around. :/ (Btw, :/ is my new favorite emoticon, yayz.)
Two Lumps is cute today. And it's something extra amusing to get an email from one's mother with a subject line of "XDDD" (about said comic). Mom is teh kewl. *heh*
