Why do I insist on always buying nasty gas station deli sandwiches? Uwahhh... >_o I keep craving the chicken salad or egg salad ones (and I want tuna salad, but they don't even sell that type), and they keep being teh ick. I be an idiot. *flails*

Remembered to update my iPod last night. ^__^ So I get to listen to Atobe be teh sexay today. Yay! Though I have to leave work early anyway, since someone's coming over to do a checkup on our furnace.

Damned studying. Takes me too long. Least I got a lot done last night--though I need to do some actual review of ch.1 and 2, and quit just focusing on 3.

Am craving good InuKai fiction. Wouldn't mind seeing some good MomoRyo and OishiEiji, either. But my blood levels of InuKai are especially low, so... Did get a good dose of ZukaFuji from Hana and Yume's RP post, though. Holy dear jinkies, can they weave words into beauty. I dream of someday, somehow writing like that--but really, I don't know if I ever could. It's not just practice that leads to work like that, it's talent. *nods, ponders*

Anyway, not much to say. Had other stuff on my mind, but I've forgotten much of it all by now. Saaa, am so brainless. -_-

Edit: Ohyeah, also wanted to do a little Cubs dance. >D I'm really not a sports fan (though I used to kinda be as a kid), but if they get to the World Series, I *SO* will watch every game. :D

Stupid mistakes on yesterday's quiz. It was a damned frickin' simple quiz, too, just filling in question words--and I switch donna and dono. I *know* those two words, I know donna is 'what kind of' and dono is 'which'. I *Know* that. But I switched them. Stupid, stupid, not-paying attention mistakes. And right before the midterm coming up, too...let's not start that trend, eh? >X

Then this listening exercise in class. Three little mini-conversations, and we're supposed to come up with a basic summary of the details of the conversations by listening for words we know. So I could come up with a summary for the first conversation...basically. Second two...no fricking clue. Even though she played each recording for us 2-3 times, I was just lost, couldn't figure out a damned thing. I can muddle through reading, but god do I suck at auditory comprehension (and I'm not real great at speaking, either). Why is this..? It's not like I don't listen to a huge amount of Japanese music almost *every* single day and evening. And it's not like I don't listen to anime, where they're speaking at conversational speed. And I can pick out some words in both those cases. Why can't I understand this better? For gods sake. Teh. Suckage.

And my head hurts. But that's my own damn fault, for smacking myself in the forehead good a couple times when I got really frustrated. Yeah, stupid, I know.

Homework tonight, of course, and reviewing/studing. But of course, now gotta add in that listening exercise. Am going to listen to those damned conversations over and over and god-blasted *over* again until I can hear the alleged words we know and get the gist of what's going on. Ngah.

Mmph...owe Arty a RP response. Work on email, or eat? Eh.

Furnace check is almost done--nope, done now. Found out how to make the humidifier actually be functioning. ^^; Also that I need to get a carbon monoxide detector, and a new hose for the humidifier drain. And, found out how much duct-cleaning will be, as we definitely need that badly one of these days (with allergies and four cats *flails*), and hell if that isn't a big chunk of money. And am told I should have been replacing those furnace/ac filters every month, where, as it is, I can't seem to remember to replace them even every 6mo to a year. *flails more* Jinkies. ^^;; I suck at being a homeowner. Wish I could go back to being a renter.

*sighs* Before I left work, discovered a nice little major error in serials bindery that is most definitely my fault. Several volumes of a title that are going to have to be rebound because I was an idiot, and typed up the wrong information on the form. Criminy...am really in fuck-up mode lately. *slouches*

Need to get going on Japanese homework. Earlier headache's stuck around and set in incredibly nicely >_< --dunno whether it's just allergies or allergy/tension. Gah. Tired-drained. Should go toss down some motrin. Ow. :p

I shall preface this with my usual gushing for the InuKai pairing, which is my favoritest of favorites, yes. I love-love it like none else.


But dear gosh'n'jinkies, RPing with Arty makes MomoKai/KaiMomo *fun*. >D *giggles madly* Kaidoh is so very, very doom-ed. He'd notice that if he weren't hip-deep in de Nile. >D (again) And yes, I am far, far too amused with this. Is so sad. (Saa, I do almost feel sorry for the poor mamu-boy having to deal with unpredictable emotions *and* teenage boy-hormones. Almost. XD )

Saa, makes up a little for today (even if I was writing horridly slow and awkward-like). Or maybe I just finally went truly loopy-fruits, and I just think that's the case. @_<

One other totally tangent-style note: Dairy Queen's blizzard with the bits of Twix Bar innit is rather good. But the caramel doesn't take to cold too well...kinda goes rocklike, and yet gums one's teeth together like a soft Jolly Rancher candy. ^^;; Those with dental work, beware...
