I think it should count. After all, I am trying to sound out the kana, and playing spot the kanji I know. *rationalize rationalize* Now if I could just have a better grasp of what's actually happening and being said... Heh, at least I can understand what "Aaaaaaaaaa...!" means. *snerks*
Did some real studying last evening, too--though in class, we're only up through the first 10 hiragana so far. *antsy to work on real stuff* But at least it gave me a chance to go over Take-sensei's web resources, as she'd given us links on UNO's Blackboard thing. There's some cool, cool sites out there. Nice to see that I can already pull a 94% for the Nakama first chapter online quiz ^^ (only 94%, though? Must study more!! *flails*)
Extra kudos to Aaron for reminding me of the "Weeeeeeeee!" song. I can't believe it'd been that long since I last listened to it. How could I have forgotten it? It is especially meaningful *heh* at a time like this. Dance like a manic-squirrel-on-crack! Yes! Heh, song will be in my head all day, at least--longer if I have my way. >)
Two random thoughts: late night grocery trips are annoying. :p And I *need* Yamada D doujinshi. *NEEEEEEEED* What were the three I was targeting last night? No Barricade? (I think?) Mariage Eros and...what was that FujiZuka one, Surrealism? I should learn to take notes. Or just learn to find money to buy everything this group does. Hmm, I should go find out which Scoop doujin it was where I liked the cover so much--Tezuka on one side, Fuji on the other, both looking like they were in the middle of some action shot, like jumping down or something. Eh, will have to work on this at home.
It'd better stay clear tonight--is the big day for Mars viewing, after all. Ain't gonna get any closer or better for ages and ages and ages. A group from over at Michael's church is planning on going to the Neale Woods Observatory this evening, and I'm rather hep on going with. Very much interested in this. *strangely fascinated*
Anyway...Weeeeeeeeeee! Yes. *heh*
