Friday Five
1. Name one song you hate to admit you like.
Bad Touch--Bloodhound Gang
And so I sing along with it. Heh. Um. ^^ Ohyeah, and anything by Blink 182, especially "Fucking Dogs". *hee*
2. Name two songs that always make you cry.
Ark--Yoko Kanno, Brain Powerd OST
Cathedrals--Jump, Little Children
Also XJapan stuff, when I'm in a certain mood. And a huge chunk of the City of Angels soundtrack. The FF3 Terra in Black Remix by Ailsean, and a lot of Nobuo Uematsu/Final Fantasy music, the more serious/orchestral stuff specificially. Who Wants To Live Forever and The Show Must Go On by Queen. Dead Boy's Poem by Nightwish. Ordinary World by Duran Duran.
...Yeesh. *flails*
3. Name three songs that turn you on.
Number One Crush--Garbage
Voodoo--Godsmack
Fragrance--Gackt
Yowza. >D
4. Name four songs that always make you feel good.
Soramimi Cake and Raspberry Heaven--Oranges&Lemons, Azumanga Daioh OST
Happy Boys and Girls--Aqua
Mamboleo--Elissa
Brain Damage/Eclipse--Pink Floyd
And yeah, I know they're cliche, but Bobby McFerrin's Don't Worry Be Happy and Baz Luhrman's Sunscreen are also nifty. :) And Fruits Candy from the Card Captor Sakura OST. Genki!
5. Name five songs you couldn't ever do without.
Seki Ray--Gackt
Calling You--Blue October
Unforgiven/Unforgiven II--Metallica
Comfortably Numb--Pink Floyd...actually anything by Pink Floyd, anything.
My Immortal--Evanescence...again, actually anything by Evanescence
But what about One, Fade to Black, or Nothing Else Matters by Metallica? In the End or Somewhere I Belong by Linkin Park? Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonny Tyler? Ai no Field/Field of Love by Kokia/Yoko Kanno off the Brain Powerd OST? And anything by TransSiberian Orchestra, or Manheim Steamroller? Or Enya, Clannad, Iwao Junko? The ending themes to Weiss Kreuz? The opening theme to Yami no Matsuei? Stuff by Rammstein? DigiCharat music? And so on, and so on--pretty much anything I have on my iTunes/iPod, and on my CDs, I just can't live without. I live for music, seriously, I think I'd go insane without it. Truly.
Anyway, shutting up now. Eh.
