*runs about, flailing her arms* We got a bid on our house today! (Yeah, spouse-type person James and I are selling our home...is way too small and has a yard of death) Man, I so hope these folks accept our counter-bid -- it's the *only* bid we've gotten so far, and the place has been on the market for 6 weeks now. *flails some more* I hope it goes through, I hope, I hope....

Now we'll have to find a place to buy--not that we haven't tried. We've lost bids on two places as the sellers were being weird on how to deal with our place not selling yet. But now (hopefully) we won't have to worry about that...should find another place we like pretty quickly (dare I say I hope yet again?)
