This church is a bunch of insane wackos lead by an even more insane wackos. I guess their thing is they do these protests to try and claim some tragedy is God punishing society for our sins. It's so fucking *sick*, cruel, twisted...they're just horrible people. To me, they're just a hate group and a bunch of bullies, who are taking advantage and making a spectacle out of others' grief.
It's just extra horrible, because no one really knows why they're doing this. It's like they picked it at random, like they had nothing better to protest right now than to just be cruel to people suffering a loss.
