I have been waiting for this whole Sam issue to be faced and now we are at it!!!!
Sam finally said the truth at the end. I don't know if he really feels like he needs help, probably he doesn't care either way, but the rest he said is pretty much what's happening, I guess.
And Dean's reaction.... well, a bit too harsh I guess but the guy really can't get it anymore.
