If it's any consolation, I'm a pretty epic cook but 1) I still can't cook eggs - it's burnt scrambled eggs or NOTHING - and 2) I once defrosted the freezer, put the ice in a bag to go out with the trash in the morning, and nature being nature, the ice melted overnight thus leading to me flooding the kitchen.
Cooking brings out the epic ditzes in all of us, I'm quite sure of it. *snuggleS*
