falling over me

whitereflectionAnd sometimes ye olde mood spikes up. Always kind of weirds me out when it happens, because it feels so strange. Hell, last night I was outright giggly-giddy, which is just bizzarre, heh.
Probably can blame it all on that I'm totally infatuated about various fan-things. (Sad that for me infatuation almost always seems to be about things as opposed to a person--but ohwell, that's how it goes.) Am in that post-mp3-buying state of eeee♥, and I imagine by now I don't have to mention that it's primarily VNV related (oh*man* found more on amz-mp3s that I hadn't yet gotten, think I've finally nabbed all they have listed). Such good stuff, so very good ♥
And for some reason I'm in utter squee over my icons--so stupid, I know. But there's some that are so so goddanged cute >3< I just...just wanna squoosh-hug pictures. >_< Sad, I know.
Hell, I'm even feeling cheerful on game stuff. Such good progress this weekend. Am maybe two days from getting the new jewelcrafter designs from the Sunwell rep guys, and last night's trip to Mt.Hyjal got Ak not only the Scale of the Sands friendly rep designs, but a design drop off Rage Winterchill (omg, new boss kill screenshot on the guild site, w00t), and enough rep that he'll get the honored designs the next time we go there. Progress!
And! Our first thunderstorm of the year :3 ~♥ It's been so long that when I heard rumbling I wondered what the hell cars were driving by outside the house. :p Mom said there was house-shaking booming in the middle of the night, but I never woke for it. But this morning is dark and rainy and thundery. Thunder, thunder~ (Thundercats, hooooooooooooooo! /is shot)
The Starbucks folks were the usual very nice to me this am (mmm, honey latte with some vanilla added), and it hit me that that place is very Cheers for me--'go where everybody knows your name', or something like that. :p And and, was complimented by the supervisor when I came in for the fact I stayed late on Friday to process/send out a large last minute batch of orders. He's even sending a special note about it to our dept. chair. So, neat. :)
Mom made one of her soups last night (she's at our place for the next few days, until her lease is signed and her stuff arrives for the apt down the street). Nomnomnomnom. I just can't get stuff to turn out like hers. Had some tv dinner thing I'd brought in last Friday for lunch, but hell with that--leftovers for me ♥
Ummmm...guess that's it. It's Monday~ ♥ (And my coworker was just trying to find information on a certain translation of Les Miz, and ended up getting some awful porn pop-up thing. She's utterly mortified, and I'm just cracking up XD Poor thing. Hee hee. XD )
