So, quite a long guild meeting last night. Was decided to obverve the guild alliance and the split guild we were interested in for 4 weeks, then redecide what direction to go in. Not sure if we will convince the person who wants to stay UGA otherwise, or convince those of us interested in Lunar to stay--we may have to split after all. But we'll see. Sounds like people are really committed to staying together as DB one way or another. I feel bad that I of all people was first to suggest a split--makes me feel like I'm less loyal and attached to the others >_> *guilts*
Did step down as guild leader and if I get the last officer's approval, one of my other officers will be taking my place. Then I'll resign from the UGA council and as UGA disciplinary officer, and just take a playing role. I'll not be running Ony/MC with the guild alliance. At most I'd be doing the other end-game stuff with Sas, or quests. Probably mostly just will focus on alts and horde side. I just need to step back from UGA things for a while. But w00t, have Aaron as an officer now, too, which is a good thing for the guild, imo. (My troll warrior still has no pants. T__T Still shortyshortshorts. At least my colors match better now, tho.)
Got my iPod updated a couple days ago, yay. Took more fussing with than I'd expected--turned out there was a software upgrade for it, and it wasn't importing all songs until that was installed. But got some of the music I've been jonesing for, and that's a happy thing. I'll have to make a list of my current favorites. Been wanting to post a ton of lyrics, and a ton of 'omg this would make a perfect AMV!' sort of comments.
Speaking of music...I want to find more things by Radiohead and HIM, but no idea where to start. Radiohead I have Creep and Karma Police, HIM I have the Wings of a Butterfly one. Anyone out there fans that can give recommendations?
The Halloween thing going on in WoW amuses me to no end (sounds like EQ2 is doing it too). So far I've trick or treated for candy bars, candy corn, a male undead mask, a wand that will turn a party member into a pirate, and a wand that will turn someone into a random costume. Been turned into various things as 'tricks'--like a frog, a pirate, a bat, a leper gnome, and a worm-thing. Been taking many screenshots--of all that, of decorations, of the time my druid-turned-gal-pirate was sitting in the tub of apples-for-bobbing. Which rather amused me. I must do the goofy themed quests before the season is up and they remove it all.
I thought I had more to say, but I cannot think beyond the caffiene in my bloodstream. Hoohah.
