3 hours of sleep. And is my fault. Why do I spend all day so deaddeadtired, and then get so damned *awake* in the evenings, it's almost like a sort of insomnia. Yah ha ha ha. *shoots self in head* Argh, the tired.

Dr's appt. this afternoon--followup to last week, and wheee, other stuff. Guh, get me past all that.

Maybe if I lie down really early tonight, I'll wind down instead of getting all awake.
