whitereflectionGot to do a workshop today in Lincoln--guess it was okay. Was on videorecording cataloging, which is one of the things I do. Useful. Woo. ^^ Discovered this cool sushi place just a few blocks away from the workshop--who'd have guessed a place run by a white guy in a college town dedicated to football and beef would have such cool sushi?
To keep in theme, Anj and I hit Aki's, the local Japanese grocery store, when we got back into town. I got mochi, and other stuff--like a little microwave steamer thing for doing edamame (steamed soybeans) at home. :)
Bebop is starting to settle down--oh, did I mention he's polydactylic? (extra toe on each front paw, I mean). Trippy. I called the humane society and did a found cat report--they'll check their lost records, and keep him on file for a month. If no one responds, he's ours for sure. But we may be assuming he's ours and get him fixed in a week or so--I don't want to risk him spraying when we eventually introduce him to the other three.
Hm, what else, what else. Still tired, for some reason. I wanna just sleep. Oh--Katherine wants to do a cdjapan order next week, and looky, they just so happen to have some Malice Mizer CDs... ^^ Eh, I gotta quit buying crap (just went in on orders to animaxis and anime castle, now we're ordering from cdjapan and voe--and that's not even counting my foray into YahooJapan-ness). If I'm not careful, I'll blow what I've saved before Akon. *flails*
