Mar. 23rd, 2008 10:26 amSo yesterday when I got up, my brain was all "I'm just singin' 'bout hash browwwwns~" over and over, and I had to go out to the store to buy some (and some eggs, b/c just hash browns would not do). Thing is, though...I fail at hash browns. Completely and utterly. Always have, and I'm starting to think always will. Yesterday's were damned near blackened, today's were really overdone. Also had bought southwest style, so duh, they're rather spicy. :p Like that didn't occur to me might happen. But in any case, how hard are hash browns, really? You'd think I'd get it one of these days. Fail fail.
Don's game today. Has been eons since we've had one. I'm as always not feeling like sitting around a table for hours doing mostly nothing, but it's been months since I've seen any of the folks there. So must go, eh? Think we might actually have Leslie's game in a couple weeks, too--also been months since we've done that one. Bad scheduling since last fall or something.
Played much on my draenei warrior yesterday--got Khatsuya up to 22, though I was reminded constantly how much a melee/not pet class can frustrate me. Bummer that no matter what guild I'm hanging around with, I feel kinda invisible. Did realize that my biggest problem with a warrior toon is I'm good to do damage/dps...but I have *no* clue how to tank. Couple random people asked me to tank instances for them, and I couldn't because of time--but also because I have no idea *at all* how to do the tank thing. Blargh.
Just doesn't feel like Easter today. Grabbed some candy for the game, but not planning any special dinner (though I'm craving deviled eggs like mad). My family was never one for Easter gatherings, and I don't even remember any special suppers for it since my jr. high school days. But I'm feeling oddly nostalgic for that all anyway, for some reason. Kinda am envying those that are doing family gatherings--least next year I know Mom might do something (though vegetarian friendly, which wouldn't be bad. I don't like ham anyway.)

...ooh. Something Vague. Kind of wish I could just stay home and listen to Bright Eyes music today. Seem to be in the mood for such. (Man, this song always makes me think Sasuke. Or original Naruto Sasuke, rather. I still just can't get into the new stuff.)
