Jul. 11th, 2006 10:34 amConsultants are here. Nice enough folks I suppose, and after this morning's meeting (blargh on 8am meetings), I only have the one hour one-on-one with one of them tomorrow. Just am stressed by their presence in general, and by concerns over the consequences of this all. Office Space, I keep thinking that.
Had a good amount of rain yesterday, and today it's cloudy, dim and rather humid. Drive this morning was misty with the low fog, and it reminds me of the zoo's rainforest pavillion. Even kind of smells like it with that warm damp.
Been scouring the old bleachicons community archives for Renji and some other misc icons. Weeded mine some, added a bunch. Some good ones I think. Icons make me strangely happy. Have a few Byakuya, Ukitake, and Uruhara ones as well--I really want a Zangetsu one, but can't seem to find one that's just right. Also still want a Renji one with 'Howl, Zabimaru!' on it--there are ones out there, but none again that was just right. Sad the times I'd find something, but the colors wouldn't be right, or it'd be blurry, or details would be too small, or the text would be a bad font or badly placed, or...
More work on Twin Emps last night. We seem to be able to switch between warrior tanks and warlock tanks with about equivallent results--for us depends on our class composition for the evening. But made progress, as we become more practiced at it. Think we got them down to 55%, compared with our previous best of 71%. Our tanks and DPS seem to have it mostly down, really--what needs work is the healers understanding and executing their placement, and remembering to move out of the danged AOE...and to stay at max range and not get proximity aggro from the Emps god dangit. How many times does it have to be said rargh. People.
Also been ducking and hiding some guild drama going on of late. People are asses at times. Should have had Sas doing PVP, was AV weekend, but just ended up not in the mood. Levelled my mage and hunter a bit.
And is sad the number of communites I'm in and keep adding, and there's still so little fic. Want my IchiIshi and ByaRen, even am snooping at RenIshi, UraIshi, gen stuff...just not enough works out there. Where more to look...
Need more music, badly. Must make updating my iPod a priority.
