Ahaha, such biting brilliance. The one before it is quite jabbing as well.
Lovely rain so far today. No thunderstorms (that's moved on again after the keen stuff yesterday), but still nice, especially when the wind picks up.
Several years ago, my grandmother on Mom's side had a heart valve replacement and bypass--which because she happened to have a poor doctor in a crap hospital, went bad. And then her heart got worse, so now she needs two valves replaced, and part of the aorta, that bypass, and so on. Mom was saying that surgery or no, my grandmother's odds aren't good. So we'll see, I guess. She goes in for the surgery today. She is old, no doubt of that, and has had a hard life--but that side of the family seems too stubborn to die at times. Just makes me wish Mom was here or I was there, so I could hang out with her while she's worrying about all this.
I need to update icons. Though I want to go to ST in WoW tonight, and the guild's hoping for a group raid to BRD tomorrow. Plus going to the zoo tomorrow morning with Anj, getting together with folks that evening, movie-Don's Sunday evening, etc... So I guess it could be a bit before I get a chance.
