Stupid Venus Envy webcomic, demanding I read the entire archives these last few hours. And stupid freezing rain I'll have to deal with in a few hours.

And OMGWTF, I don't want to believe that thing Andrew was talking about is the World Tree. I have several characters that are gibbering in fear at achieving the level where they'd have to quest to deal with it. Doom. D0000000m. D: Damn you WoW, quit with the creepy shit. *shakes fist*

Massive backing up of mp3s and updating of iPod library earlier. Yee. But didn't get to retrieving new iconage I'd spotted. Time time... -_-

Actually got to work on time today. *world ends >_>* And even had time to stop at QuickTrip for a breakfast sandwich. See, a certain someone is taking today and tomorrow off as vacation--so yes, that explains much, doesn't it?

Icons... Have two I want to make, several I want to yoink from a community--and I'm at 50 as is. >_< But making or yoinking will probably go the way of the sleep tonight, maybe perhaps.

Anyway. Webcomics. Back to that. So many of the ones I like are on extended hiatus or rarely update, so I've been trolling for new stuff. Am digging Sore Thumbs, Sam and Fuzzy, Questionable Content, Gin and the Devil (holy shiznit, someone more bitter than the guy who does Something Positive :x ), ButternutSquash, etc. Might also keep tabs on Misfile, Venus Envy, and Comet 7. There's also been a lot of stuff I've snooped through but hasn't grabbed me--just been following links to see what's out there. Btw, ButternutSquash *shouldn't* be my thing, but it's absolute great crack with freak-characters and strange yet strangely cool art; is the only one out of the new stuff I've reread already--and want to again.

Mm, back to the webcomic explorations.

So I'm weak to memes lately. Thus the 'paragraph made from first line of the first post for each month of 2004' one:

Finally went to rewatch RotK alone like I've been planning all week. Kinda...blew yesterday. But got my Animaxis stuff while I was gone, including PoT tankubon 21. This week is biting. The opening comic last night made reference to 90% of one's brain boning the other 10% of one's brain that's actually doing useful stuff by tossing stupid shit at it. I <3 the waterfront. Back late Monday~<3 Mmf, so it's August. Bills--done. ...I did a post. The woman at Bruegger's cannot make a chai tea latte to save her life. Ha, lovely.

Somehow...it sums up me in a nutshell. And the one for December my attitude on the year, if not life in general. Though the sentence from May is my favorite, because it's actually long and complete, and because it made me go *heh*.
