I...am returned *smug*
Nov. 10th, 2004 12:17 amPerhaps I feel a bit of a pang to be finally putting the graphite special edition 500mhz iMac otherwise known as Deathscythe Hell Custom out to pasture (poor 4-5 yr old thing). But...new monitor, newish dual 867mhz G4 tower--thus to be called Roy Mustang, with the hard drive named Sasuke because that's the sort of geek I am. HAAAAA. It is sweet. I must start updating odd programs like Bittorrent and MPlayer, etc. But for now, let's try that WoW dl, and try going to bed. Was exhausted like hours ago. But...tower<3 And after a year I finally changed my wallpaper to celebrate. Yee.
Oh, and the utility in OS10.3 that lets you with basically one button click and a firewire cable pull *EVERYTHING* off your old computer and sets it up on your new computer for you--including all preferences and settings and files and every little thing off your hard drive? That utility *Kicks* *Ass*. Never has switching to a new machine gone so smoothly. 30 gigs of info transferred in about an hour, with all settings and preferences updated for me...I'll say it again: YEE for Mac<3
