(no subject)

-_- Dislike the day after I get giddy. Inevitably I go the opposite...down, out-of-sorts, tired, slumping, unable to work up the energy to do much, a slacking-lazy-depressed sort of mix. Extra stupid since I felt ok this morning.

Stared at my monitor for a while over lunch...just had to write one or two freakin' paragraphs, you know, how damned easy is that? Couldn't do a damned thing, not a single word. Reminds me of this quote I've seen: "Writing is easy. All you do is stare at a blank sheet of paper until drops of blood form on your forehead." (Gene Fowler)...in a not-funny sort of way, that is. Stupid though, I'm just letting myself get more and more behind, and have no excuse for it anymore. V. much leaves me in a 'I'm boring people--letting them down--I suck' sort of mood.

Tomorrow will be RotK night, and Kelly is going to bring over the TT DVD tonight to watch. She hasn't seen it yet, James and I have only seen it once, so will be a good refresher for tomorrow, I guess. Least sitting and staring at the TV is something I should be capable of.
