Sep. 20th, 2003 12:17 pmThe one thing that really makes me ponder switching vets for the cats, other than the fact they're rather expensive, is their habit of upselling. It leaves me feeling so guilty...like I'm a bad 'parent' for not getting a Junior Wellness bloodwork panel for Tink (sixty bucks) and a Senior Wellness blood panel/urinalysis for Missy (almost two hundred bucks). These costs would have been in addition to the sixty-plus $ each I was already spending today for those two's annual exams and vaccinations. Mmf. *guilt*
Typical weekend--dealing with the laundry, finances, cats, etc. Gotta walk over to the atm and to Walgreens for prescriptions, call Gina and Anj about tonight, do some homework, re-respond to the RP with Art, and stuff. Can't put off too much until tomorrow, as that's when I think we're going out for Gina's birthday, then James and I are wandering to Don's in the evening for bad movie night. I kinda wanna just go out and goof off today...like the zoo or Fontenelle/Neale Woods...but don't think I can really swing that. Gotta work in some anime watching one of these days, too, just not sure when. *scratches head* Really need to catch up on PoT...and then there's the other newer stuff on my growing, growing to-watch list (Get Backers, Scryed, and Wonderful Days being top priority). Uwahh.
