Feb. 23rd, 2002 07:16 pmSinus headache baaaaaaaaaddd...ergh. Woke up with this--which I often do, actually. But a megahot shower (for steamy goodness) didn't help, nor did the six ibuprofen I took today (three usually does the trick).
But what sucks is when I went to take more after it became obvious the earlier doses had worn off--and the bottle said "No more than six in 24 hours". ...dammit. Being 'degree in bio' person, with a ex-nurse mother, chemist SO, etc, I don't play with meds--if it says that's the max, it is. But now I count down to 10 am tomorrow when I can take more. Six didn't last me 12 hours, argh!!
Not a migraine--I don't get those. But it has the light/sound sensitivity of one, and I get to the point where I can't focus my eyes well (like for reading *flails!*). Bleh.
I unpacked some stuff today tho. :) I have action figures out, woo!
